Director Kiran Rao shows the Harsh reality of Village women that they are still facing. In Nirmal Pradesh Deepak and Phool Got Married and After Marriage New Groom Deepak Wants to go back To his Village with her Bride.
The Couple took Trains and rides with other newly married Couples. The changes started when Two brides got exchanged On a train because both had the same type of saree with Long Ghoonghat. Deepak’s Wife’s name is Phool but he took Jaya as bride and his real wife Phool went with someone else.
Jaya Lives in a Joint Family with Deepak and Phool living life in a very small family with Chintu near the Railway Station. What will happen with Two Brides? Will brides reach their real sasural or not?
